Welcome to Bournemouth beach manor
Bournemouth Beach Manor is a large Edwardian manor built in approx 1905 and is situated very close to Bournemouth cliff top,beach and town centre. Bournemouth Beach Manor can sleep up to 30 people in the whole property, or there is the option of renting half of the property, sleeping up to 14 (without the use of the cinema room). The Manor is the ideal venue for short breaks and long breaks for families. It is only eight minutes walk down to Middle Chine sandy beach, where you have the use of our private beach hut, with its views over the Isle of Wight and Studland. Additionally, it is only fifteen minutes’ stroll along the promenade to Bournemouth pier and town centre attractions and facilities.
The large secluded private garden surrounding the Manor House has a gas barbeque, garden table + seating, and table tennis table in a covered area. (games room)
Private parking for up to six cars is available in the large sweeping driveway. A home keeper lives on site in a seperate annexe and is available for any queries or concerns, and to ensure that the noise policy is being respected.
Its important that anyone booking the property is aware of the strict noise policy in place and breaching this will result in the termanitation of their booking.

The house is modern and spacious and spread out over 3 floors it can sleep up to 10 which is ideal for a large family/friends group or a hen party. Located just minutes walk from the hustle and bustle of Bournemouth town centre. With fantastic shopping, restaurants, bars and many activities for families and friends.
